Sales Order Pending Item Reports

Sales Order Pending Item Reports provides a list of pending order items which are still not fulfilled. All order items Orders with pending shipment and partial shipment in across all channels (both physical stores and webstore). Users can see the pending items details of order status, customer groups, tracking number, ordered items and total shipped and pending items.

How to view the Sales Order Pending Item Reports

1. Open Back Office
2. Click Report Section.
3. Click Sales Order Pending Item Reports to view the report.
4. The Sales Order Pending Item Reports will be shown for the current date.
5. Change Start Date and End Date.
6. The report will be automatically refreshed with the values for new dates selected.
7. Use the fillers based on the branches, category and brand names.

Tip

Use Export All and Export Current Page options to export the report details in to comma seperated CSV file.
