User Roles and Access

A store can have many users to maintain their daily business activities. Many users may have different accounts with their responsibility roles.

Using O2VEND e-commerce, management can assign different roles to their employees. Each user has his own account, and the permissions are only within their limited access area. Management can monitor all their activities from anywhere. The advantage of using O2VEND eCommerce reduces the workload for management and also see the daily activities of their employees from any place. It is suitable for any business.

Admin can manage all of the functions in ecommerce. Limited access can applied only for the assigned users. In ecommerce, there are three main roles - Web Master, Blog writer and content manager.

Web master - Web master can perform all ecommerce related activities. For example: Manage theme, shipping methods, payment methods, Html changes and using the homepage components of ecommerce.

Blog Writer - Blog writers can write down the content of your products, brands or categories related to your store.

Content Manager - Content writer can do an update and read only functions in settings and catalog sections.

Create - Access to create functions in the back office.

Update - Access to update or edit functions in the back office.

Read - Access to view the data in the back office.

Delete - Access to delete or cancel functions in the back office.
