Product Analytics in O2VEND � Complete Guide
Overview
The Product Analytics module in O2VEND provides detailed insights into product performance across the online store. It displays analytics based on product name, product category, SKU, and abandoned cart products, helping understand sales trends, customer interest, and product-level conversions.
How to View and Use Visitor Analytics
- Open O2VEND Back Office.
- Select Analytics from the navigation menu.
- Click Product Analytics.
This dashboard helps track which products sell well, which categories perform strongly, and which items customers leave behind in carts.
1. Products Name
Lists every product individually with complete performance data.
Metrics
- Product Revenue � Total revenue earned from product sales.
- Quantity � Number of units sold.
- Unique Purchases � Count of customers who purchased the item.
- Average Price � Average selling price of the product.
- Average Quantity � Units purchased per order.
- Visits � Total product page visits.
- Product Conversion Rate � Percentage of visits that resulted in a purchase.
Purpose
- Identifies high-performing and low-performing products
- Highlights products with high traffic but low conversion
- Shows pricing and quantity trends
- Helps track customer interest vs actual sales
2. Product Category
Groups products under their respective categories.
Metrics
- Product Category � Name of the category.
- Product Revenue � Total revenue generated by products in that category.
- Quantity � Total units sold within the category.
- Unique Purchases � Number of unique buyers.
- Average Price � Average selling price of all products in that category.
- Average Quantity � Units sold per order for that category.
- Visits � Category page visits.
- Product Conversion Rate � Percentage of category visits converted into sales.
Purpose
- Shows which categories contribute the most revenue
- Highlights categories with strong traffic but weak sales
- Helps identify potential for product bundling or promotions
3. Abandoned Cart Products
Displays products that customers added to the cart but did not purchase.
Metrics
- Product Name � Item abandoned in the cart.
- Product Revenue Left in Cart � Total value left unpurchased.
- Quantity Left in Cart � Number of units left in abandoned carts.
- Average Price � Average selling price of the product.
- Average Quantity Left in Cart � Units abandoned per visit.
- Visits � Page visits for that product.
- Abandoned Carts � Sessions where the product was added to cart but not purchased.

4. Products SKU
Shows performance of products at the SKU (variant) level.
Metrics
- Product SKU � Unique identifier for the variant.
- Product Revenue � Earnings from that SKU.
- Quantity � Units sold for that variant.
- Unique Purchases � Number of unique buyers.
- Average Price � Selling price of the SKU.
- Average Quantity � Units bought per order.
- Visits � Total SKU page views.
- Product Conversion Rate � Variant-level conversion percentage.
