Reply to Product Reviews
This section guide to reply to product reviews.
It means allows the customer to reply the reviews of the product. The customer reply reviews are shown in these section.
How to set review replies
- Open the Back Office.
- Go to Site menu.
- Click and open "Review Replies" section.
- The list of customer reply reviews are shown.
- In Status field, you will set the product status as Approved or Not Approved.
