Connect any SMS and email service providers with O2VEND. O2VEND supports the following service providers,

Template
Go to O2VEND's back office, click "Communications," and open it. Click the "Template" section.
Template Type
The name of the template is shown as SMS or Email.

The following events can be notified through SMS:

Inbox (Communication logs)
Go to O2VEND back office -> click and open the Communication. Click the "Inbox** section.
SMS Notification Log
This SMS log shows that customers received SMS notifications.
Email Notification Log
This email log shows that customers received email notifications.
WhatsApp Notification Log
The WhatsApp log shows that the customer received a text notification, and the store administrator can also send a text message to the customer.
