Warehouses

Warehouse is a location of your business where product is stored and sold, shipped, delivered. You can also manage warehouses only for storage.

Create Warehouse

As a Site admin - you can create warehouse or a new location for your business. As a Vendor Manager employee - you can create warehouse of the vendor.

How to Create Warehouses

  1. Open Back Office.
  2. Go to Inventory Menu.
  3. Click Warehouses section.
  4. A list of already existing warehouses will be displayed.
Tip

If the warehouse is managed by Vendor for Drop Shipment then the vendor name will also be shown.

  1. Click Create Warehouse in the top right corner of the page.
  2. Enter all the needed details of this section.
  3. Press Save button.

Name

Enter the name of the warehouse or location.

Contact Name

Enter the contact person name for the location.

Phone

Enter Phone or mobile number to contact the location.

Address and City

Enter Address Line 1, Address Line 2 and City of the Location.

Tip

When there is Sales using Point of Sale application from this location the address details are printed using the Warehouse location address.

Country

Select Country where the warehouse belongs to. See Creating Country for details on creating countries.

Stare or Province

Select State or Province where the warehouse belongs to. See Creating States or Provinces for more details on creating states or provinces.

District

Select District where the warehouse belongs to.

Postal code

Enter Postal code of the warehouse.
