Referral Program Settings in O2VEND

The Enable Refer and Earn feature allows customers to share their affiliate URL and coupon code from the web store, helping you acquire new customers through referrals.

Feature Details

  • Feature Name: Enable Refer and Earn
  • Description: Enable refer and earn to allow customer to share affiliate URL and coupon code

What This Feature Does

When enabled:

  • Customers see a Refer & Earn option in storefront.
  • They can copy and share:
    • Referral link (affiliate URL)
    • Referral coupon code
  • Referred customer orders can trigger configured affiliate benefits.

Use either of the following paths based on your setup:

  • Back Office → Features → Refer → Enable Refer and Earn
  • Back Office → Features → URL → Enable Refer and Earn (legacy grouping)

Caption: Enable the toggle, select the required channel (Online Store / Ecom / Seyon), then click Save.

How to Enable Refer and Earn

  1. Log in to Back Office.
  2. Open Features.
  3. Search and open Enable Refer and Earn.
  4. Choose Channel from dropdown (example: Online Store, Ecom, Seyon).
  5. Turn the toggle ON.
  6. Click Save.

Prerequisites (Important)

Before enabling this feature in production, configure these items in Settings → Loyalty and Promotion:

  1. Affiliate
  2. Benefits
  3. Coupon (linked with affiliate + benefit)

1) Create Affiliate

2) Create Benefit Rule

In coupon configuration, make sure:

  • Affiliate is selected
  • Benefit rule is linked
  • Coupon is active

Customer Experience in Web Store

After setup:

  • Customers can open Refer & Earn in storefront.
  • They can share referral link/coupon from the share panel.

Troubleshooting

Refer & Earn not visible in storefront

  • Verify feature toggle is ON for the selected channel.
  • Confirm affiliate and coupon are active.
  • Ensure coupon is linked to affiliate and benefit.
  • Check benefit type and trigger condition.
  • Validate coupon validity, usage limits, and customer conditions.
  • Confirm order channel matches the enabled channel.
