WhatsApp Features in O2VEND

Use this feature to send instant order confirmation updates to a configured WhatsApp number for faster order tracking.

Order Confirmation WhatsApp Number

Allows automatic order confirmation alerts to be sent to the configured WhatsApp number whenever a new order is placed.

Configuration

1. Open Back Office → Features → WhatsApp.
2. Select Order Confirmation WhatsApp Number.
3. Enter WhatsApp number in +CountryCode PhoneNumber format.
4. Click Save.
