Sub Location Management in O2VEND
The Sublocations detail in POS feature allows users to enter/select sub-location details during POS billing and inventory movement.

What this feature does
When enabled, POS users can choose item-level sub-locations (bin/rack/zone) inside a warehouse while handling sales operations.
This improves:
- stock accuracy
- item picking speed
- warehouse traceability
Navigation
Use one of these paths based on your setup:
- Back Office → Features → POS → Sublocations detail in POS
How to Enable
- Open Back Office.
- Go to Features.
- Search for Sublocations detail in POS.
- Turn the toggle ON.
- Click Save.
Prerequisite Setup (Important)
Before using this in POS, sub-locations must exist in stock settings:
- Go to Settings → Stock Settings → Sub Location.
- Create sub-location names (example:
Rack A1,Bin 03). - Map each sub-location to the correct warehouse/location.
- Save configuration.
POS Usage Flow
- Open POS billing screen.
- Add product to cart.
- Select the required Sub Location for the item.
- Complete billing.
- Stock is updated against selected sub-location.

Troubleshooting
Sub-location dropdown not visible in POS
- Confirm the feature toggle is enabled.
- Check user role permissions for POS and inventory.
- Ensure sub-locations are created and active in Stock Settings.
Wrong stock reduced from another location
- Verify warehouse mapping for the selected branch.
- Recheck product stock availability at sub-location level.
