Order Management System Overview | O2VEND OMS
The Order Management System (OMS) in O2VEND brings sales, procurement, fulfillment, and delivery planning into one connected workflow.
From the first quotation to the final route run, OMS helps your team create orders, process stock movement, manage repeat business, and track delivery execution with better control.
In This Module
- Sales Process: quotations, sales orders, and goods issue
- Procurement: request for quotation and purchase orders
- Recurring Orders: subscription-based order management
- Delivery Planning: beats, routes, beat runs, and route runs
- Operations Follow-Up: work orders and active carts monitoring
OMS Workflow
The OMS workflow in O2VEND is simple and easy to follow.
First, create a Quotation when customer approval is needed. After confirmation, convert it into a Sales Order and continue the process with Goods Issue for fulfillment.
For delivery planning, create Beats and Routes, then use Beat Runs and Route Runs to track execution.
If your business handles recurring deliveries, use Subscription Orders to automate repeat orders. For supplier-side purchasing, use Request for Quotation and Purchase Orders to manage procurement.
