MSG91 Integration in O2VEND

MSG91 integration enables SMS and email communication from O2VEND for notifications and customer updates.

Integration Listing

In the Integrations page, choose MSG91 under Communication integrations and open the configuration screen.

Configuration

Select channel (for example, Online Store) and configure required details:

  • Key - MSG91 API key
  • SenderId - approved sender name/id
  • Route - message routing type
  • Country - target country code/rule

You can configure based on the selected tab:

  • SMS
  • Email

Click Save to apply settings.

Outcome

After saving valid configuration, O2VEND can send communication messages through MSG91 for enabled modules.
