Razorpay Integration in O2VEND

Razorpay integration enables secure, fast, and reliable online payments in your O2VEND store.

Back Office → Integration → Razorpay

Access Razorpay Integration

Go to Integrations and select Razorpay.

  1. Go to Back Office → Integration → Razorpay

Before configure Razorpay integration, create the razorpay account

Create Razorpay Account

  1. Sign up: https://bitly.ws/36rbw
  2. Enter email, password, and phone number
  3. Login to Dashboard
  4. Go to Settings → API Keys
  5. Copy:
    • Key ID
    • Key Secret

Razorpay API Keys

Configure Razorpay

  1. Go to Back Office → Integration → Razorpay
  2. Enter:
    • Key ID – Provided by Razorpay
    • Key Secret – Used for secure transactions
  3. Add Description (shown in checkout)
  4. Add Webhook Secret Key (for payment verification)
  5. Set Country / State / Zip Code (optional)
  6. Click Save

Razorpay Settings

Required Fields Explanation

  • Key ID: Identifies your Razorpay account
  • Key Secret: Ensures secure payment processing
  • Webhook Secret: Validates payment response from Razorpay
  • Description: Name displayed to customers
  • Location (Country/State/Zip): Controls where payment is available

If location is not set, Razorpay will be available for all regions.

Filter-Based Configuration

Razorpay can be applied based on:

  • Products
  • Brands
  • Categories
  • Customers
  • Customer Groups
  • Channel Groups

How It Works

  • Included Selected → Works only for selected items
  • Excluded Selected → Works for all except selected items
  • No Selection → Works for all

Enable Razorpay Payment

  1. Go to Back Office → Online Store → Setup Payment Method
  2. Enable Razorpay
  3. Click OK in popup

Enable Razorpay

Razorpay is now enabled and available during checkout based on your configuration.
