Benefits Usage Report
Promotions drive sales — but only when they work as intended. The Benefits Usage Report gives you a transaction-level view of how cart rules and catalog rules are consumed across your sales orders. Use this report to audit discounts, verify promotion behavior, and catch any unusual benefit usage before it impacts your revenue.
