Product Category Summary Report

The Product Category Summary Report in O2VEND Back Office provides a drill-down view of return product orders across channels (physical stores and webstore). It organizes data by Category → Subcategory → Product, making it easy to analyze returns at different levels.

How to View the Report

  1. Open Back Office
  2. Go to the Reports section
  3. Select Return Product Category Summary
  4. By default, the report shows data for the current date
  5. Adjust Start Date and End Date to view historical data
  6. The report refreshes automatically with updated values
Tip

Use the Back button to return to the previous level. This option is hidden on the top-level view.

Report Display Types

The report supports two display formats:

1. Barchart View

  • Provides a quick visual analysis of category-level performance
  • Helps identify months with higher or lower return volumes
  • Useful for spotting seasonal or category-specific trends

2. Table View

  • Lists all return orders created within the selected date range
  • Displays data across both physical stores and webstore
  • Allows drill-down to specific dates for detailed insights
Warning

In the table view, clicking on a date is enabled only when the total amount value is valid. Otherwise, the option is disabled.

Tip

Use Export All or Export Current Page to download the report in CSV format for offline analysis or documentation.
