Employee Sales Report
The Employee Sales Report in O2VEND helps you track sales performance by each employee. It shows who handled sales, their roles, and the total amount associated with them during a selected period.
The Employee Sales Report is useful for understanding team performance and ensuring accountability. Even with simple data, it gives a clear idea of who is involved in sales operations and how activities are distributed across roles.

O2VEND Back Office → Reports → Employee Sales Report

Step 1: Select Filters
At the top of the screen, you’ll find basic filters:
- Branch – Choose “Consolidated” or a specific branch
- From Date / To Date – Select the date range for the report
Once selected, the report updates automatically with the relevant data.
Step 2: Understand the Report Columns
The report is displayed in a table format with the following details:
- Email – Employee’s registered email ID
- Full Name – Name of the employee
- Employee Code – Unique ID assigned to the employee
- Roles – Job roles like Rider, Cashier, Admin, etc.
- Created On – Date the employee record was created
- Amount – Total sales amount handled by the employee
Step 3: Use Filters Inside the Table
You can further refine the report using:
- Search fields for Email, Name, or Employee Code
- Dropdown filter for Roles
This helps you quickly find specific employees or roles.
Step 4: Analyze the Data
From this report, you can:
- Identify which employees are actively involved in sales
- Compare roles and responsibilities
- Track employee-level contribution
- Verify sales handling for a specific date
Step 5: Export the Report
On the top right corner, click Export All to download the report for:
- Offline analysis
- Sharing with management
- Record keeping
