    User Date Setup

    The User Date Setup feature in O2VEND is used to record and manage important user-related dates such as Birthday, Wedding Date, Joining Date, and other key events.
    Each date field can be set to true or false based on the requirement for data capture in the user and customer records.

    For example, setting Birthday Date = true enables the Date of Birth field in the customer and user sections.


    How to Configure User Date Setup

    Follow the steps below to enable or disable user date fields:

    1. Open the Back Office.
    2. Navigate to the Settings menu and select the Users section.
    3. Open the User Date Setup option.
    4. Set True or False for each required date field.
      • True → Enables the selected date field in the user/customer data section.
      • False → Disables the selected date field.
    5. Click the Save button to apply the configuration.

    Example

    When Birthday Date = True is selected, a Date of Birth field is automatically displayed under the user and customer details section.
