Business Details Configuration – O2VEND Back Office
The Business Details page in O2VEND Back Office allows you to define your company’s key identity information such as business name, contact details, logo, currency format, and online store address.
These details are automatically reflected across your ecommerce website, POS, and mobile apps.
This section will guide on how to set up business details.
Step 1: Navigate to Business Details
- Go to Back Office → Settings → Business Details
- Choose the Channel from the dropdown (e.g., Web, Android App, iOS App, Shopify)
- Click Edit to begin configuration
Step 2: Fill in Business Information
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Business Name | The name displayed across your invoices, receipts, and online store. |
| Registered Business Address | Enter your full business location for compliance and invoice generation. |
| Business Phone & Email | Contact details shown on your store and communications. |
| Business Logo | Upload your company logo (appears on website header, receipts, and POS). |
| Favourite Icon (Favicon) | Upload a small version of your logo for browser tabs and mobile icons. |
Step 3: Currency Configuration

| Currency | Select your store’s currency (e.g., Indian Rupee INR ₹). |
| Currency Decimal Place | Define decimal precision for pricing (e.g., 2 for ₹100.00). |
| Currency Symbol | Automatically applied based on currency type. |
| Decimal & Group Separators | Customize how numbers are displayed (e.g., ₹1,23,456.78). |
Step 4: Online Store Information

| Channel Selection | Configure details separately for each channel — such as Web, Android, iOS, or Shopify integration. |
