E-Commerce Analytics in O2VEND Complete Guide

The E-Commerce Analytics dashboard in O2VEND provides an in-depth analysis of online store performance. It displays metrics related to orders, revenue, conversions, cart abandonment, and product purchases, helping track sales trends and understand customer behavior.

The dashboard includes visual charts, order statistics, revenue data, conversion insights, and abandoned cart tracking for improved decision-making.

    How to View E-Commerce Analytics

    1. Open Back Office.
    2. Click Analytics in the menu.
    3. Select E-Commerce Analytics.
    4. The dashboard will instantly show all order, revenue, and conversion metrics for the selected date range.

    1. Overview Chart

A dynamic line chart showing the trend of E-Commerce Orders across the selected date range.
    This chart helps identify:

    • High order activity days
    • Order drop periods
    • Sales patterns within the selected duration

    2. E-Commerce Orders

    Shows:

    • Total online orders
    • Total visits contributing to these orders
    • Percentage increase or decline compared to previous period

This metric represents overall sales volume and conversion performance.

    3. Total Revenue

Displays the total revenue generated through online sales, including:

    AOV helps understand:

    • Customer spending behavior
    • Upsell/cross-sell performance
    • Transaction value quality

Lower AOV indicates the need for product bundling or promotional adjustments.

    5. E-Commerce Orders Conversion Rate

Shows the percentage of visits that successfully converted into orders.
    This provides insights into:

    • Store performance
    • Checkout flow efficiency
    • Product appeal

A falling conversion rate may indicate issues in design, pricing, or page loading speed.

    6. Purchased Products

Displays the total number of products purchased in the selected date range.
    Useful for tracking:

    • Product demand
    • User buying frequency
    • Category performance

    7. Abandoned Carts

    Shows:

    • Total visits with abandoned carts
    • Revenue left behind in carts
    • Percentage trend compared to previous period

This section highlights issues occurring during checkout.

    Sub-metrics:

    Visits with Abandoned Cart

Indicates how many customers added items but did not complete checkout.

    Revenue Left in Cart

Shows the value of abandoned cart products.

    Abandoned Cart Rate
