Creating a retail sales order in O2VEND POS involves the following process:

  1. Open the Point of Sale (POS) application.
  2. Navigate to the Sales section.
  3. Search for a registered customer using Name or Phone Number.
  4. Add products using:
    • SKU
    • GTIN
    • Barcode Scanner
    • Product Search popup
  5. Update product quantity if required.
  6. Click Save to hold the order OR
