POS Work Order Management in O2VEND – Create, Process & Track Store Work Orders

O2VEND POS Work Order screen is designed for service-based billing, custom product orders, advance bookings, tailoring orders, repair jobs, and made-to-order retail operations.

Unlike standard POS Sales orders, Work Orders created in the POS are recorded separately in the Backoffice Work Order module for better service tracking and operational control.

This guide explains how to create, manage, and complete Work Orders using O2VEND POS system.
