The Review Reply Management section helps you monitor replies connected to customer reviews in your online store.

Navigation Path
Back Office -> Online Store -> Open Review Replies

From the Online Store page, click Open Review Replies to open the review replies management screen.

The Review Replies page shows customer review reply records in one place.
