    Review Replies

    In O2VEND platform, customers can leave a review and a reply to the reviews. It can be helpful in providing more specific feedback, addressing any concerns a customer may have, or providing additional information. This can also help you, as a store owner, to provide better customer service and resolve any issues that customers may have.

    The customer reply reviews can be displayed in the same section as the original reviews on your e-commerce store, so it is easy for other customers to find them. It also helps to show that you are actively engaging with customer feedback and addressing any concerns they may have, which can improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    How to set review replies

    1. Open the Back Office.
    2. Go to Site menu.
    3. Click and open "Review Replies" section.
    4. The list of customer reply reviews are shown.
    5. In Status field, will set the product status as Approved or Not Approved.
