    Managing Billing in O2VEND

    The Manage Billing section in O2VEND allows users to efficiently handle their subscription plans, billing details, and payment history. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to manage your billing information.

    How to Manage Billing

    To access and manage your billing details, follow these steps:

    1. Login to Your O2VEND Account.
    2. Navigate to My Account > Manage Billing in the dashboard.
    3. From the Billing Page, you can:
      • View and manage your current subscription plan.
      • Update your billing information.
      • Check your billing history, including past invoices and payments.

    1. Current Subscription Plans

    • The Current Plans section displays details of your active subscription plan.
    • You can check the plan type, pricing, and renewal date.
    • If needed, you can explore upgrade or downgrade options based on your business requirements.

    2. Updating Billing Information

    Keeping your billing details up to date ensures smooth subscription renewals and payments.

    To update your billing information:

    1. Click the "Update Billing Information" button.
    2. Enter the new billing details, such as:
      • Billing name
      • Business address
      • Payment method (if applicable)
      • Tax details (if required)
    3. After entering the details, click "Save" to update your information successfully.

    3. Viewing and Downloading Billing History

    The Billing History section provides a detailed record of all past transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.

    To access your billing history:

    1. Click the "View More" button under the Billing History section.
    2. A list of all past billing records will be displayed.
    3. To view or download a specific invoice:
      • Click on the arrow icon next to the invoice.
      • Select the PDF download option to save a copy for future reference.

    Managing your billing details in O2VEND ensures seamless subscription renewals, accurate records, and easy access to past invoices. Regularly update your billing information to avoid payment issues and maintain uninterrupted service.
