Pricing
Transparent pricing for AI-native unified commerce
One subscription for eCommerce, POS, warehouse inventory, back office ERP, and AI agents — not a growing stack of add-ons. Start self-serve on Basic with a 30-day free trial. Standard, Premium, and Enterprise are sales-assisted so your rollout matches real store and warehouse complexity.
Why retail pricing feels broken
Most Indian retailers do not start with a budget problem — they start with a stack problem. A storefront subscription looks affordable until you add POS seats, inventory or WMS tools, marketplace connectors, GST billing software, CRM, and a handful of AI writing tools. Each system has its own login, invoice, and failure mode. Staff spend hours reconciling stock between the website, the counter, and Amazon or Flipkart seller panels.
That fragmentation hides the true cost of growth. Opening a second branch means another POS contract, another inventory sync, and another week of spreadsheet work. Promotions oversell because channels do not share one availability truth. Finance chases invoices across tools that were never designed to work as one retail operation.
O2VEND pricing is built around a different assumption: the storefront, POS, warehouse, back office, and AI agents belong on the same platform. You should not pay twice for inventory sync or discover that “basic ecommerce” never included the systems your store already needed.
App sprawl tax
Every connector between storefront, POS, and ERP adds monthly fees and reconciliation labour that never appear on the base plan quote.
Oversell penalties
Channel stock mismatch leads to cancellations, marketplace rating damage, and support tickets — costs that do not show up in SaaS invoices.
Multi-location surprises
Second and third stores often trigger new POS, inventory, and permission tiers that were not in the original “starter” budget.
AI bolt-on costs
Generic AI subscriptions are not grounded in live catalog, stock, and order data — so teams pay twice for tools that cannot act on retail truth.
Why O2VEND pricing is structured this way
Unified commerce should scale with locations and channels — not punish you for needing POS and back office on day one.
O2VEND is an AI-native unified commerce platform for retailers, wholesalers, D2C brands, and multi-store chains. Plans are organised around operational reality: how many branches and warehouses you run, how many channels you sell on, and how much agentic AI assistance your team needs.
Basic stays affordable and self-serve so a single-location retailer can launch eCommerce, cloud POS, and back office without a sales cycle. Standard and above are sales-assisted because multi-location inventory, marketplace rollouts, and branch permissions need scoping — not a one-size checkout flow.
Every plan includes the same architectural promise: one catalog, one inventory brain, one customer record across web, stores, and integrations. You are not buying a website and hoping to bolt on operations later.

What Basic is for
Single-store retailers, D2C brands, and first-time omnichannel sellers who need a credible website, counter billing, GST-ready invoices, and catalog management without assembling five vendors. Basic AI Agents help with catalog drafts and routine operational questions.
What Standard and Premium add
Multi-branch inventory, transfers, warehouse bins, full agentic AI across catalog, inventory, marketing, support, and ops, plus stronger support SLAs. Premium adds native mobile apps and advanced analytics for chains running ten or fewer locations.
What Enterprise covers
Large chains, complex integration landscapes, custom agent workflows, security reviews, dedicated onboarding, and unlimited locations. Pricing reflects rollout scope — not a surprise list of mandatory add-ons.
Hidden costs you avoid
Separate hosting, POS, WMS, marketplace connectors, CRM, and AI subscriptions that often accompany storefront-only platforms. See our Shopify comparison for a stack-cost framing exercise.
AI Agents by plan
Agentic assistance grounded in live commerce data — not a generic chatbot subscription.
Basic includes foundational agents for catalog assistance, routine operational queries, and starter automation. Standard and Premium unlock the full agent suite: Catalog, Inventory, Marketing, Support, Analytics, Operations, Finance, Marketplace, and Returns agents working on the same product, stock, and order records your team uses daily.
That matters for pricing decisions because many retailers today pay separately for AI copy tools, support bots, and analytics copilots that cannot see warehouse bins or POS returns. On O2VEND, agent depth scales with plan tier — not with a separate AI invoice. Enterprise can extend agents for custom workflows and integration scenarios.

Catalog Agent
Drafts descriptions, SEO titles, and tags from your product attributes.
Inventory Agent
Surfaces reorder signals, slow movers, and stock exceptions across locations.
Support Agent
Answers order and return questions using live customer and shipment data.
How to choose a plan
A practical path from trial to rollout.
Most retailers begin on Basic to validate catalog, checkout, and counter billing in one environment. When a second branch, warehouse transfers, or full AI agents become daily requirements, sales scopes Standard or Premium against your location list, marketplace mix, and support expectations. Enterprise engagements start with an operational audit — integrations, SLAs, training, and cutover planning — so pricing reflects delivery, not sticker shock later.
O2VEND partners can assist migrations from Shopify, Zoho Commerce, ERPNext, or legacy POS stacks if you need implementation help beyond self-serve.

Pricing FAQ
Can I try O2VEND for free?
Yes. The Basic plan includes a 30-day free trial. You can sign up self-serve at account.o2vend.com — no credit card required to start.
What happens after the free trial?
You will be prompted to subscribe to continue. If you choose not to, your account is paused and data is retained for 30 days so you can return without rebuilding from scratch.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Contact support or sales to change plans. Prorated billing applies when moving between paid tiers.
Are there transaction fees on orders?
O2VEND does not charge platform transaction fees on your sales. Payment gateway fees still apply according to your gateway provider's rates.
Is GST included in the listed prices?
No. All prices shown on this page are exclusive of GST. Applicable taxes are added at checkout or on your invoice as per Indian tax rules.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Contact sales for annual pricing — multi-month commitments may include discounts depending on plan and scope.
Why are Standard, Premium, and Enterprise sales only?
Multi-location rollouts need correct warehouse mapping, staff permissions, marketplace configuration, and often migration support. Sales scoping prevents mismatched expectations and failed launches.
Does Basic really include POS and back office?
Yes. Basic includes eCommerce, cloud POS, and back office modules for one branch or warehouse, plus Basic AI Agents. It is designed as a complete starter operating system — not a website-only tier.
How does O2VEND pricing compare to Shopify plus apps?
Shopify plans often exclude POS depth, inventory/WMS, ERP, and AI that retailers need in India. Model your full stack — not just the storefront subscription. See our O2VEND vs Shopify guide.
Can I migrate from Zoho Commerce or ERPNext?
Yes. Catalog, customer, and operational migrations are common. Partners can assist with complex multi-store cutovers while you evaluate plan tier with sales.
What support do I get on each plan?
Basic includes email support. Standard adds phone and email. Premium includes priority support. Enterprise includes dedicated support with SLA options.
Are mobile POS apps included?
Native Android and iOS apps are included from Premium upward. Cloud POS in browser is available on all plans.
Is there a product or SKU limit?
No. All plans include unlimited products. Practical limits depend on operational complexity and location count — which is why higher tiers scale branches and support.
Do marketplace integrations cost extra?
Marketplace connectivity is part of the platform approach on all plans. Specific channel requirements may be scoped during sales for Standard and above.
