Return Status Summary Report

Return Status Summary Report provides a list of returned orders status in across you channels (both physical stores and webstore). This helps to find which return orders in pending,new return orders,returned orders,etc.,

How to view the Return Status Summary Report

1. Open Back Office
2. Click Report Section.
3. Click Return Status Summary to view the report.
4. The Return Status Summary will be shown for the current date.
5. Change Start Date and End Date.
6. The report will be automatically refreshed with the values for new dates selected.

Tip

Use Export All and Export Current Page options to export the report details in to comma seperated CSV file.
